Customer satisfaction is Food Valet first priority. However, in very rare situation if your order has not been delivered, we will issue you a full refund (3 working days) for your order. In the event your order has been incorrectly delivered or the order is incomplete, we will provide you a partial refund for the missing item.
Please be noted that we do not provide refunds for cancellation of all same day delivery as your order will be place to restaurant immediately upon receipt of your order. The reason being is every meal are ordered on your specifications where the meal cannot be simple resold and would go to waste.
For advance orders (made more than 24 hours before specified delivery time), you may cancel your order by 12.00 noon one day before the scheduled delivery and will receive full refund (3 working days). Please be noted that all your food is cooked by restaurants with fresh produce on the day delivery. Hence, please provide us with due notice should you wish to cancel your order so that those ingredients do not go to waste.
