Q: What is FoodValet?

FoodValet is a platform for online food ordering and delivery services. Think of us as a friend who picks your lunch/ dinner while you are sitting on the couch watching your favourite show.

Sorry, only 1 restaurant per order at the moment until we can grow extra hands.

Q: Can I order by phone?

Yes, but why? Its 21st century, just do it online! Save time, know exactly what you are ordering, take your own sweet time and most important, easy online payment. On top of that, you can view the status on our website.

Q: Does the Promo Code can be changed to cash?

No, we don’t think supermarket will accept that. The promo code can only be used in our system and not changeable to cash.

Q: How you keep your food hot and fresh?

What?! We are Food Delivery Expert! We use high quality insulated delivery backpack. Besides, we have separated cool box inside the bag so we don’t mix hot and cold in the same compartment.

Q: How long do I need to wait for the delivery?

Our rider is not superman, they need to struggle through daily traffic and weather, please allow them to get to you within 1 hour.

Q: How to cancel my order?

You know, wasting food is a sin! Cancellation is ONLY available for advance order (please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy). Call us as soon as possible before restaurant start preparing your food. Once they have started, cancellation is no longer possible as the food cannot simply be resold and would go to waste.

Q: How long does it take for the refund?

Q: How to create an account at FoodValet?

You can just simply click on 'SIGN UP’ at the top of the page. Then fill out your information in the
‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’ section and click the ‘SIGN UP’ button.
